Purpose of This Declaration

This declaration is designed to protect the legal standing of our institute and clarify the rights and responsibilities of all students, participants, and observers in our workshops, seminars, CPD programs, and diploma courses.

🧾 Clause 1: Nature of the Institute

1.1. We are a Private Education Company registered under the Companies Act, 2017, via the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

1.2. We are not a degree-awarding institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the National Council for Tibb (NCT).

1.3. We offer skill-based, non-degree educational programs under the scope of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for licensed healthcare professionals only

Clause 2: Student Eligibility Criteria

2.1. Only the following categories of applicants are eligible for our courses:

· BEMS / FTJ Registered Hakeems

· MBBS Doctors

· DPTs

· BHMS Homeopaths

· Dietitians (HND)

· Registered Nurses

· Other officially licensed medical professionals

2.2. We strictly do not admit:

· Quacks

· Unlicensed individuals

· Students intending to use our certificate as a practice license

Clause 3: Nature of Certification

3.1. The certificates, diplomas, or letters issued by this institute are for:

· Educational enrichment

· Skill-building

· Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

3.2. These certificates DO NOT:

· Serve as a license to practice

· Allow the holder to open or run a clinic

· Replace degrees issued by HEC/NCT/PMC/DRAP/other recognized bodies

3.3. These certificates should only be used as an addition to an already legal practice.

Clause 4: Legal & Ethical Compliance

4.1. We fully comply with:

· SECP regulations for educational companies

· UAHPA 1965 for recognizing licensed traditional medicine practitioners

· DRAP Act 2012 for herbal and alternative health regulations

· PMC/PMDC (when applicable to our guest trainers)

4.2. We do not sell unregistered medical products. All demonstrations are educational in nature.

Clause 5: Public Notice & Clarification

5.1. The general public is hereby notified:

· Our courses are meant to complement existing medical licenses, not substitute them.

· Any misuse of our certificates for unauthorized clinical practice is strictly prohibited.

· We reserve the right to cancel the certification of any student who violates these terms.

Clause 6: Student Declaration

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that:

☑ I am a licensed medical professional.
☑ I understand that this training is educational only.
☑ I will not misuse this certificate for independent or unauthorized medical practice.
☑ I take full responsibility for using this knowledge ethically, within the limits of my existing license.
